Client Education Services (CES) is a program of continuing education resources available for MSCL clients. MSCL recognizes the importance of information in today’s world. We support our clients’ commitment to learning through a service program that includes an extensive audiovisual resource library. Topics cover technical, managerial, industry-relevant, and customer-service-oriented programs for laboratory professionals.
Additional programs address issues such as safety, quality assurance, billing, and compliance, which are available for use at fair market value.
Submitting a library request is easy; a nominal fee is charged to cover shipping and handling. Program catalogues are available on request. PAML also offers a network of experienced speakers available for conventions, meetings, and workshops.
Why do I need continuing education?
Continuing Education (CE) provides many benefits for individuals and the facilities in which they work. Most healthcare licensing and certification agencies, as well as many workplaces, have minimum annual CE requirements. CE can enhance knowledge needed to maintain technical proficiency, provide review of basic information, or teach new skills – all of which can help to accelerate personal and professional growth.
As a result, the workplace also benefits from CE by achieving regulatory compliance and the increased productivity of more motivated workers. MSCL’s CES program can be a valuable resource for your organization’s continuing education objectives.

How to order library programs
- Click on "Education Library"
- Type your keyword(s) in SEARCH or select a CATEGORY. In SEARCH, you can use a subject word, an author’s name or a title. In CATEGORY, selecting from the drop-down list will show you all the programs in a particular category.
- Complete the information boxes at the top of the screen (name, phone number, client facility, client number, and e-mail address). You may select up to three programs at a time, with a $15 handling fee per order.
- Click the “Submit” button. Your request is submitted to our library via e-mail. Your order will be filled and sent to you by courier or by mail (depending on your location). You will receive a checkout receipt, noting the program name, number of CE credits, and due date. Please return the receipt with your order to let us know your evaluation of the program and whether CE certificates are needed.
- Clearly print names of all staff requesting certificates. Sometimes only part of your order is filled because the program you’ve selected is on a waiting list. In that case, we will send you the available programs along with a checkout receipt, which will indicate that the remaining titles requested have been back-ordered.
- If none of your order is available, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
